Firm Y will have an independent book-keeping, storage, departments of marketing and sale. Supposed organizational culture — enterprise type (estimation of results of activity on the amount of brought in a return).

The second firms (Z) were founded in 1992 as a quotient of , the basic type of activity of which was of jeweller wares. By the specialists of this firm of successful works on a search and application of new technologies in a jeweller production. In times of the this firm repeatedly appeared in crisis , bringing it over practically to the complete rolling up of the activity.

Beginning of forming of conception of new organization. Confluence of two interactive firms (one — by a production, other — point-of-sale) will allow considerably to reduce taxation and put in order control system. Because the state of firm X will be mainly manned from the former employees of firm Z, a question gets up about maximal formalization of relations on the most initial stage of works on creation of new organization. Through conception of types of organizational paradigms (systems) of L. Konstantina the desired system was certain guidance as closed, based on strong guidance, with formal and conformable general rules by communications.
