History of creation and short-story analysis of the folded situation. Firm X founded in 1997 on the base of two firms. The first firms Y were created in 1996 A basic type of activity is a wholesale jeweller wares. In the supposed process of co-operation with X this firms will undertake marketing functions and will be the basic sale link of firm X. Firm Y will have an independent book-keeping, storage, departments of marketing and sale. Supposed organizational culture — enterprise type (estimation of results of activity on the amount of brought in a return).

The second firms (Z) were founded in 1992 as a quotient of , the basic type of activity of which was of jeweller wares. By the specialists of this firm of successful works on a search and application of new technologies in a jeweller production. In times of the this firm repeatedly appeared in crisis , bringing it over practically to the complete rolling up of the activity.

Beginning of forming of conception of new organization. Confluence of two interactive firms (one — by a production, other — point-of-sale) will allow considerably to reduce taxation and put in order control system. Because the state of firm X will be mainly manned from the former employees of firm Z, a question gets up about maximal formalization of relations on the most initial stage of works on creation of new organization. Through conception of types of organizational paradigms (systems) of L. Konstantina the desired system was certain guidance as closed, based on strong guidance, with formal and conformable general rules by communications.

On the first stages of work on of organization the chart of technological process of production of jeweller wares was made, that allowed to select basic subdivisions with their specialization, system of line of , of communication connections between subdivisions.

A next step is development of optimum administrative structure coming from the analysis of chart of technological process. The followings structural subdivisions were selected: storage of raw material, storage of the prepared products, chemical laboratory, area, area, area of by volume casting, area of in graphite forms, area of packing, engraving, book-keeping, department of shots, secretariat.
